My anti-inflammation daily juice

3 - Carrots
1 - small chunk ginger (approx 1")
1- Tumeric root ( I use a 2" piece)
1/2 - lemon
1 - stick celery
1 - small apple (green apples have less sugar)
I juice these every day in my masticating juicer.
